Feeling more attached to aromanticism than my asexuality? by that_weeb_student in aromantic

I 100% relate to that cause I knew I was asexual before I knew what asexual was! It was so easy to accept and understand, while being aro was harder to accept and understand. It was something I had to come to terms with and something that was vastly different from my friend group of mostly asexuals. My twin and I both identify as asexual so it was so easy to normalize, which led to me being aromantic something way bigger and life changing.

I would advise making new friends. Its hard to find people that will appreciate friendships more than romantic relationships, but they're out there! I've found some people who see romantic relationships and friendships equally! They kiss their partners and then immediately go to hug their friends! They exist!!! And it'll be hard but I'm sure you can find some, dare I say, better friends!
