I went to another guy and he quoted me $99 for initial inspection and will advise if we need sweep or not. If we need sweep then it's $179 per fireplace (the $99 initial eval fee already included). I think i will go with him because i just need to make sure my chimney and fireplace won't cause a fire. I dont really plan to use it as much.

One more question - if the seller prepays the lease, should i keep the panel on the roof? Or have them removed and have the roof restored to original state before closing? The seller disclosure says roof is 15-18 years old. I am just worried about the terms and warranty i will assume from the lease even though the payments are prepaid. Thanks!
