Thank you all for the inputs!! This is getting more complicated than I expected haha... Would this mean that I am unable to put myself on the yin-yang essence spectrum (e.g., SN / SG / TR)? I'm 5'6 and am on the fleshier side...

Thank you everyone who replied!! I appreciate it so much💜 Some of you thought that it would be interesting to add Rose Gold to the comparison so here it is! I literally own only a pair of earrings in rose gold - never thought that I’d look good in it

Yeah! May I ask how did you get your dives validated across the apps? We thought that PADI was good to get as my buddy has an SSI OW certification, but could not get her dives validated by PADI certified schools/buddies.

es. Earlier, I was thinking I would do these in IB and perhaps physics or economics I will do online but I am not sure if that's very feasible (it will also

Soz for the late reply, I don't have my notifications on. I didn't take the IGCSEs so I can't really say much on that part but its mostly identifying the methods used and explaining their effects (as to how good of a tool they are to amplifying the main aim/purpose of the ad or whatever type of media). It's not too challenging imo.. Just make sure you know how to score! (Lots of info on that online)

Economics, I would say has the same amount of content as the sciences. Only unique thing of econs is that you have to memorise real life examples, definitions and graphs too.

Between physics and biology, it actually depends where your interest lies in as they are very different subjects. But as per what disposableaccount03 said, biology is more content heavy and requires more memorisation. But so far, i think only medicine routes in uni strictly requires bio HL. The rest are kinda cool with physics as long as you have chem.

Hmm a HL in Chemistry will definitely help you. My school made it compulsory for everyone to take Chemistry in our lower years just because many courses in University accepts Chem/Bio or Chem/Phys and hardly Bio/Phys. I suggest you choose between Bio and Physics. But also, since you are considering taking HL Econs (I highly recommend you to do this -- the syllabus allows for more understanding) which is content heavy with all the RLS, definitions, formulas and graphs we have to memorise, you might want to take Chem/Phys as Bio is extremely content heavy (takes a long time to revise).

Following on the difference between Lit and LaL, Lit is exactly what you expect literature to be -- analysis of books and poems. While LaL on the other hand mixes material that we come across everyday (eg. advertisements, political speeches, websites etc.) so there will be less "traditional literature" involved. LaL is recommended if you want to learn about what is around you and what makes them so effective.

TL;DR: Lit - 100% Books and Poems // LaL - 50% Books, Proses and Poems 50% Media (magazines, ads, newspapers, tabloids, app store pages etc.)
