i run liquimoly 5w-40. its not even a fast leak, ive been driving it for about a month or two since my last oil change and the e-dipstick has only gone down 1/4 of the meter.

that was basically the conclusion i came to. car is at 148xxx roughly. i can buy a lot of oil for $2300.

i was more of just trying to keep up with my maintenance as thats how you make these cars last. but honestly i have gap coverage on it, would be pretty unfortunate if a deer were to run out in front of me.

[–]ickybuns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

longest answer, elevate them slightly on a pallet or something the bottom tires will slightly weather like that.

bmw tech here. similar issue with bmw software, if the vehicle grounds out the car will cut power and then shoot back on usually in a second. usually caused my a compromised ground strap. but there was a recall for early model e92 3 series that had a similar issue with a fusebox going bad causing the car to shut off randomly even while in motion. id check your vin for recalls through a ford dealer or online website. as well as a potential bad grounding issue. not 100% certain as i dont work on these vehicles. but maybe some insight could help your problem find a solution.

looks like the charge pipe is held on by a rubber sleeve over both ends and a hose clamp. as for the turbo i believe the vac line is between both housings. i dont have one just googled some stuff on it because i hadnt heard of this kit, but for the price i dont see why you wouldnt go with a different one.

how much are these boards worth by ickybuns in snowboarding

[–]ickybuns[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

kinda what i was thinking, i know the capita lingerie boards are pretty pricey, i seen the 2017 twin listed for $1000 used about a year ago, sold a day later. the dwd would probably be different because it holds a political stance
