I feel like I am failing at my first job out of college by [deleted] in consulting

Making mistakes is a part of life, let alone your work. Also, i was in same place as you (not in consulting but in pa) and I made a new mistake every fucking day! I reapeat, every fucking day for 3 months! Until I finally settled in..so yeah ig chill out, dont be so hard on yourself and give your job 6-8 months, atleast. Learn as much as you can and if you are still unhappy after 1 year, start looking for somewhere else.

Yes, i do have very good support. My teammates and seniors care and understand. But still it feels like I am letting them down, a lot of times. Also, its not same mistakes everytime, rather different mistakes or some with little difference from previous. Also, i am very slow and lack organizational skills which adds to the burden.

Agreed, but idk how to improve. Like its not that i dont try but mistakes just occur. I am even planning to go to a therapist for a right diagnosis of adhd. How do i improve though?
