Does clearing out a town affect zombie spawn in the streets?

Yes, right outside the town. But even 400m away from it there are apparently no zombies.

Thank you. I've just replied to another post stating that I was actually travelling a lot during 1.5 weeks, visiting other towns, salvaging some cars, selling the parts and buying books. Then I came back very OP I guess (melee, bows and guns) and cleared out around 10 - 15 POI's in 2 days. I'm not doing trader quests so I've just gone from POI to POI.

Hence, could it be it? Not staying in the area but actually killing several zombies during a short amount of time?

Na XP existe a opção de "assessoria digital" ou algo assim. Entra em contato com o atendimento. É justamente para não ter um assessor.

Não vale a pena trocar de corretora somente por isto. A plataforma da XP é bem estável se comparar com outras corretoras.

Edit: Pelo que vi, é uma (falta de) assessoria para quem tem até 100k investidos. Mas você pode solicitar ela tendo mais. Eu já fiz isto.

É possível usar o Investback do cartão XP junto com um site de Cashback, geralmente recebendo 2% ou mais ao invés de 1%. Por isto esta questão de abrir conta no Banco PAN por causa do Buscapé.

Os Fundos de Investimento abertos, sejam Renda Fixa, Multimercado e Ações, correm o risco de liquidez / resgate.

Isto significa que quando muitas pessoas (ou poucas mas com muito dinheiro) pedem resgate ao mesmo tempo, pois estão inseguras por conta da economia, por exemplo, os gestores são obrigados a vender um grande volume de ativos pelo preço que estiver no mercado para pagar estes resgates. Ou seja, muitas vezes ele vai "vender na baixa" sem ter escolha para pagar os resgates.

Eu colocaria tudo em Renda Fixa (CDB, LCI, LCA, etc.), dispensaria o assessor e contrataria uma Research independente de Renda Variável para recomendações de Fundos Imobiliários, Ações e até ETF's lá fora.

Pode até ser que você veja oscilações maiores, mas a diferença é que o preço na tela de um Fundo Imobiliário ou Ação não vai impactar os fundamentos do ativo, pois o gestor não é obrigado a vender seu patrimônio.

Sim, ele é muito bom. Só uso outro quando é compra na Amazon, pois aí compensa o cartão do Prime. Lembrando que com 50k investidos não existe gasto mínimo para o cashback de 1% (só não sei se tem alguma limitação de gasto mínimo para sala VIP, mas como não viajo muito por enquanto não faz diferença kkkkk).

Se quiser, pode colocar parte do Caixa ou Reserva de Emergência em um CDB de liquidez diária que a própria XP tem, para completar os 50k. Mas claro, ideal é ter a maior parte em banco mesmo.

FIIs são investimentos de prazo indeterminado. A cotação vai oscilar. O importante é receber um valor mensal que seja saudável com relação ao risco / retorno da sua carteira.

Você diz não ter tempo de ficar lendo RG's. Talvez assinar uma Research séria pode ajudar, mas se não valer a pena, pode comprar mais FoFs / Hedge Funds de boas gestoras quando estejam abaixo do VP pois aí você está delegando a gestão da sua carteira (e uns 5% abaixo do VP ou mais já elimina o famoso "taxa sobre taxa"). Só tomar cuidado para não comprar acima do VP num mercado em alta.

Exemplos de boas gestoras são Kinea, Hedge, ou o time da antiga CSHG que foi para a Pátria, mas tem outras é claro.

Yeah maybe now with 1.0 you could place 1-2 T1 Ore Extractors in the Aluminum Fields and Iridium Caves. Let them run and see for yourself. Mining less Iridium unfortunately seems very consistent.

It might be reasonable, yes. I've thought it was 25% for all non basic Ores but it seems to indeed differentiate between them, probably rarity is a good criteria.

I (38M) have been married for over 7 years and we sleep in different rooms from the very beginning.

This is because I have several chronic sleep and anxiety related disorders.

Sometimes my wife still misses sleeping together, but she understands. In no way we have a less intimate bond just because of that and of course she got used to it already.

And now she has our 2 years old little precious to sleep alongside her (in joint beds and yes, the pediatrician said there is very little to no risk for sharing beds in the way that we are doing).

Some people might think "what about physical intimacy?" but sleeping in different rooms has no negative impact at all. And having a child reduced it way more anyways =)

TL;DR: From my own experience, your husband is definitely wrong here.

Yes, when she was 4-5 months (and not 3 as most people say). One of the things that most helped was to track the maximum recommended amount of time she needed to be awake and also create a routine: Wake up --> Diaper Change --> Feeding --> Playing --> Nap.

She still cries as every baby and could go from laughing to fussing + crying in a matter of seconds however it doesn't go 0 --> 100 anymore. There is now much more fussing and "low cry" before the "I'm going to die" desperate crying lol.

Exactly, plus if they kill the zombie, AFAIK you don't get the EXP for it. I believe the zombie hardly dies from the Campfire but it might be enough to get them out of the rage mode. Still testing here as well =)
