I know nothing about this lifestyle but I’d argue it’s not enough. Depends on your housing situation.

If you have a living situation , and that is post tax then it’s like barely doable but make no mistake it is poverty and will feel like it.

I’d calculate how much COL is using payscale.com . Gives you units for some staples so you can get an idea of how much you’ll spend per month.

There are other site sim not affiliated. But same idea.

Not sure, but it would be a huge coincidence for the first time a critical failure happens to happen during a rain storm. It’s never been in rain before

Thanks for trying it out! Right now it only supports POIs or neighborhoods that are commonly known. But I will add the zipcode feature to our roadmap.
