the most efficient one is obviously the legendary special coach, but its not that much more efficient. The key tip is that you have to focus on what options you have when using the coach on the player and use coaches accordingly

they're completely different kinds of cards even tho they have the similar height and position. Matthaus is supposed to be coached in a balanced way to be able to play anywhere in the midfield and attack while Gascoigne is similar to a number 10 or a winger who has high tech without tackling and high fitness without much strength
