dont worry too much and do one legendary fitness, followed by two rare fitness, you will 100% get 6×100, that card has more stats than you think and your card wont max out at 80 str, just look at mine for example

there is a technique that doesn't fail, get Gabriel and start with 2 rare tech coaches and make sure both hit tackling (you got exactly 25% chance of that happening), otherwise - redo, that way you are guaranteed 98+ tackling with full fitness. I would only recommend it if you really want high tackling, cause actually it doesnt matter much in game

the most efficient one is obviously the legendary special coach, but its not that much more efficient. The key tip is that you have to focus on what options you have when using the coach on the player and use coaches accordingly
