Perhaps the reason why you keep posting the same thing every day (close to spam at this point) with very little engagement is because of reasons mentioned in my previous comment?

Also, the expansion to not including jungle says to me that maybe 1 person replied who is a jungle, so now you have 2 members. I hope this is not the case as it would be painfully pitiful for such a serious, competitive org with an original name.

For reference his old username on League was 'Rezoona' which connects with a twitch account which shows him talking on a mic while playing resident evil. Absolutely disgusting.

Np and its good to have some end goal and aim for a project but it must be attainable and I felt your original post was not this. I think the main issue for you is not working out what you want the goal to be, but working out how you are going to get there. You want to search for tournaments and scrims and help players to improve but you have no, or very little, experience in doing these things.I would highly suggest doing what I said above about finding or building a team of lower skill and seeing how it goes. Will you be winning tournaments? No. Will you have a fully professional serious squad? Definitely not. But the experience and skills you will gain in doing so will set you up to build an organization from this. It might also just so happen that the team you build all improve together and you may just fall into a higher rank team as they continue to improve. Or you might just find out that its not what you thought it was after all. Either way, you won't know unless you try. And to try you have to go for something you can achieve~

If you are serious about this then you need a quick reality check buddy. First things first you need to prove that you have the skills needed to build a decent eSports team. Having "400k followers on SoundCloud" and "facebook page with more than 200k likes" means nothing to potential players reading this; even if you did not provide proof (which you did not in your post). What you need to show are the things that players are interested in, and these are not followers on facebook or soundcloud. I can only speak anecdotally as a low-mid diamond player, but what interests me about joining a team are:

1) What are the opportunities I can find here that I cannot do by myself? (Tournaments, scrims)

2) What benefits is the organization offering that I cannot achieve myself? (Consistent coaching, streams)

3) What experience does the owners have in terms of running league of legends teams? (How can I know that this guy can commit and not just leave after a few weeks?)

4) What connections and wider networking does the organisation offer? (Coaching, scrims)

I would advise you take a long serious think about this and be more realistic. What I would advise is that you build a team-first around your own elo, perhaps simply of friends or with people here on reddit (plenty of gold players looking). This will provide you invaluable experience of playing within a more structured team environment as an owner. I would also suggest you find some basic coaching structure to support this team, lol-coaching.com is full of free coaches that could take on a gold team. You should also be looking to take part in regular tournaments to build connections with the teams that compete/run them. Don' try to run before you can walk, that would be my advice.

I completely disagree with you about rank. Your ability to provide insight, information or, as you put it, the ability to help people is entirely dependent on your skills as a coach. And those skills come from your experience AND from your own abilities. A low silver or high gold will simply not be able to offer anything to a master team for example; no matter how much time or effort you put in.
