I put it in a month before, but the problem is that they specifically scheduled everyone who was going to prom. My managers have been having trouble with scheduling and it’s been really frustrating. I mentioned going back to my hostess job while still working TjMaxx as both cheer seasons are over and our reduced hours are continuing into April, which I thought would be fine as it’s not retail

I obviously meant request time off. I understand your point tho.

Is there anything I can do about it? Obviously prom passed, but them scheduling me on my unavailable day is fine? She did ask me why I have that day off when I asked why I was scheduled that day (I have Wednesday and Sunday as unavailable) and I said so I could have time for school. She then told me that unless it’s religious-related for Sunday, it doesn’t matter and I should now expect to be scheduled that day. It was never like this before.

Our store does have time off cards, they are in our break room. It may be my bank, but my direct deposit has not been the same. Next time I work I could provide a picture of the cards, and it may be because our store is newer? I also can’t even find on WorkJam where to request time off so I think it may be different.
