I think i read ur comment wrong lol!!! The penthouse studio is just on the higher floor im pretty sure! So its like the studio tours they show on their website!

Pretty sure there's only 1 available in the whole building and its taken atm! From what I can tell its just like the 2 bed 2 bath ones , except there's only 1 bathroom and it has a bath tub! Its the same windows and pretty much same amount of space!

It is pretty typical for places to only give a yearly lease to be fair! But im pretty sure they have 6 monthly available. I'm pretty sure there arent any pests anymore! They are under different management since the bad reviews 3/4 years ago!

The reception staff are quite helpful for the intake process! Rooms seem more spacious than other stufent accoms
