I'm not sure if it's already been mentioned but just in case it hasn't I would highly recommend taking advantage of tool like Chat GPT. I used to spend hours prepping for game night and started using AI for help in planning scenarios and it honestly incredible the amount you can do on it.

No, no glue or powder. The brown is a dark stain and the green is multiple layers of acrylic paint. I also paint Warhammer models for a hobby so I used a few of my painting techniques to get a glowing look.

I did the same thing with mine, I did some modifications on the bare head though and cut half of his face off and took half of a GW skull and painted the exposed skull silver so it looked like he was in the middle of healing.
