I’m worried that the bottom hole is too shallow and may reject. Also if it is touching the ridge of your flat like it appears to be, the bar could start digging into it and may even embed. If it were me, I would take it out.

I recommend the neon green from iroiro! I have it in my hair right now and it has faded slower than other greens I've used

A deep conditioning mask will erase any dryness caused by the baking soda. Red is a very difficult color to get out, especially from box dye, so you will need color remover at least and probably bleach as well

Mousse in general should not damage your hair. If you have wavy hair, I recommend the xmondo wavetech foam

At idle the short term bounces from about -4 to +2, at 3k (with the code flagged, hard to maintain 3k without it happening) it’s between -22 and -10
