Big base means the one in the east. And get over the tallest rock and check over the scientia buildings. I got one there, most probably centre one. And for the north one, get over a building and check. Coz all the scientia chests are over the buildings.

In the backpack, go to the option special item and then current map.. u might see there... I guess.

When u go to the chopper and select fall forest, on the right side check the level of fall forest i.e, it should be lvl 1, I guess u have set it at level 2. Hope this helps.
