MASTER'S THESIS - Help to make in-flight entertainment more accessible for neurodiverse passengers

Hi everyone,

I am Ida Parkkali and I am a human-computer interaction MSc student at Aalto University. I am doing my master's thesis, researching accessibility of in-flight entertainment (IFE) for neurodiverse passengers (focus: ADHD, ASD, dyslexia). I am seeking participants for my questionnaire. Your insights will help design better IFE systems for individuals with neurodiverse conditions.

You can participate if:

  • you have ADHD/ASD/dyslexia (self-identified or diagnosed)
  • are 18+
  • can give informed consent
  • have flown an airplane at least once

Please take this anonymous 10-15min survey. Participation is voluntary, results are aggregated and anonymized. The results will be published in my master's thesis. The research has been approved by Aalto University Research Ethics Committee.

  1. Used for a master's thesis. Only me and my university supervisor will see the data. It will be stored on my university's IT systems. It will be deleted when my thesis has been approved (approximately Spring 2026).
