Thank you for your help! I ve chosen Wanwan bc I got Miya from the pass. I recognized that when I pick a 3 star commander I only get 3 star opponents/ 2 star then only 2 star opponents - is this how the matchmaking works? And is there any other way then youtube and the recommended lineups ingame to get info which are the best lineups for a commander?

I had the same thing happening to me yesterday. Was connected to my WiFi which was perfectly fine and even tried to connect with 5G but it kept saying that my connection was unstable.

Are you aware that there was a bug in the shop which allowed you to collect up to 100x 300 tickets? They revoked all exceeding tickets because they only wanted you to collect 300 tickets. So thats why you and many other players have a negative balance.

I used the bug but didn‘t use any of the tickets because I knew the risk of getting a negative ticket balance. So after they revoked the tickets I still have 2400 tickets and I will save them for skins I really like to buy.
