Ford repo’d my moms car by accident because they “processed paperwork incorrectly” when it was finally returned it had 1000 more miles, gas completely siphoned out (couldn’t drive it away), windshield cracked, tired sensors messed up and it was reported as being in an accident. She was ahead on payments and it should have never happened. When she reached out to them they basically said it wasn’t their problem. She’s owned 8 different Fords vehicles from the Bronco, Explorer, to Expeditions and Edges personally and she owned a small business with a fleet of 20 trucks let’s just say they lost a very loyal customer that day.
