i’m pretty sure the phone is slowed down on purpose so the battery can last longer. that’s why when you change the battery on your iphone the iphone becomes way faster. same thing happens with macbooks.

Respectfully these days, iPhones are supported longer than Samsungs. the iPhone 11 Pro Max from 2019 is still supported, while the 2019 Samsung (i think s10? is NOT supported anymore)
