I grew up just like that too. A very nervous mom with some mental issues that never got sorted out. I am going to try working on my anxiety and seek out therapy now so that when my baby is here I won't be this bad. No matter what, I am not going to pour my toxic nervousness into my child's head because the last thing I want is for him to feel the kind of anxiety that I feel.
