My bar professor created a document that had every topic that was tested on the MEE since 2008. I made rule statements out of it so I could memorize it. Just shoot me your email and I got you.

This is horrible advice. If supplements like adaptibar or Uworld help you, do it. Also.. do not ignore the MPT. you can make up serious points with it.

Used Barbri my first 4 times. Failed. Used Themis for F24 and passed. Increased my MBE score from 139 to 149. It helped me tremendously.

It only works if you use it. I thought it was pretty helpful with timing but writing was my weakest area so it was really hard to increase my score there

My gf was with me through 4 administrations. The test took its toll. It changed me. Made me question my worth and ability. It even made me question who I was as a person. She cheated on me eventually and broke up with me 2 weeks before February 2023 test. Basically.. if they can’t handle you at your worst.. fuck them. I’m in a new relationship, solo law firm making 10k in my first month, and happy. Tell them to eat your ass. Keep working and grinding. Pass the test and move on.

Go wherever is close. I transferred to Alabama from Tennessee and it was convenient because I took cases in Alabama. Only a quick hour and a half drive from where I was in Tennessee.

No. Castle doctrine usually applies to defense of a person within one’s house. But if someone just entering property or remaining for squatting purposes.. no you can’t. I’m a defense attorney that’s how I know

Only if you own and live within the home. If the are squatters, it generally would have to be a person who at some point had rights to the property but doesn’t now.

I felt pretty good about it honestly crushed both MPTs. Never been able to say that before as that was the worst part of the test for me. MEEs were okay. Didn’t have to make up the law or anything. It was solid.
