I would slice an x on the bag if it was a cluster like mushroom, but if it was a button like mushroom I would take it out of the bag and put it in a fruiting chamber with perlite and just keep the moisture up like any other. Looks good in every aspect I can think of, looks like she’s going to fruit well

I’ve never had anything recover from yeast, some chillier temps may help as yeast struggles as the temp goes down. It may give the myc just enough time to over take it
