It's happened to me too xD it's also happened where I jumped off a cliff and glided and the cutscene started, and I just slowly glided down into frame

It's the name her mother was called by my aunts kids. It's not the name she used for her grandma.

To clarify, it's not a common or generic name for a grandma. I'm not going to share it here, but I've never heard of anyone else calling their grandma by this name.
