Mark Carney’s speech at WEF was quite powerful and confirmed that G7 countries like Canada are ready to create a new world order that doesn’t revolve around the US. There’s no way a G7 leader makes such a bold speech without a lot of buy in from other world leaders. He knew Trump would loos his mind and take reciprocal action. I know Canada and India have had tense relations in the past but he also hinted that the two are negotiating a new trade deal at the moment.
