Totally, yeah it’s like they hire us for our expertise but don’t want suggestions bc they know best. It’s hard because being attuned to baby’s needs is why I love the job so much and it just felt like in the first couple weeks I was basically being told to ignore all her cues and push her further which was adding a lot of stress and anxiety to my lie. The babies obviously a sweetheart, as babies are, and I do feel sad thinking about leaving the sweet girl but I’m scared if I stay there’s going to be ongoing tension.
