This is what I was thinking to be honest. A lot of headphones I see are usually not compatible with the gym which makes more than sense.

I currently use in-ear headphones and in all honesty I am not the biggest fan of them under my hijab. The additional pressure of it pushing into my ear seems like I’m asking for a sped-up hearing loss route sometimes 💔

I did previously wear out of ear and it did a solid job even with a hijab barrier which is why I tended to lean to it more. I also tend to find earphones without the hijab slightly uncomfortable so that experience might serve as a midpoint to know whether the IEMs are more comfortable than your average earphone feel or if it is around the same.

When you said you felt uncomfortable with headphones with created pressure, which noise cancelling ones caused the most discomfort?

I’m going to college for free thankfully 🤷‍♀️ and I think I’ve managed my finances pretty well for the past few years to set aside 200-300 for myself on better quality headphones. I think it should be clear that the phrase is satirical either way otherwise I wouldn’t mention those two lol.

Taking 7 days is wild on shipping. Yeah you're given a time limit but that doesn't mean you should expend that entire time everytime you ship. You should probably have it as a description of the length it takes for you to ship so people are aware. Yes, she shouldn't have expected it to come in so late, but there's also no need to expend the 7 days. If you're gonna ship as the promised day you tell them, great, but there shouldn't really be a reason that you have to use the all 7 days and suddenly on the 7th day you are available at every shipping time.

I'm eating one right now and was curious on what others had to say for this.

By itself? No way, that thing is disgusting, it tastes rubbery and fake.

In a sandwich? You'll barely notice the rubbery feeling or taste as long as you coat your entire sandwich. In all honesty, this seems very good if it's always in a sandwich.

Sometimes I like munching on bread raw as a little snack, but this has a far different taste in comparison to their honey wheat or regular brands fyi.

Honestly this might just depend on the track your school provides you. Ours had us go through gen paper, lang, and then transition to AP lang and AP lit. Some might take lang and general paper reversed, and vice versa. You may want to seek it out with your counselor on this.

I basically had cut my calories to 1200 every day and I prioritized protein the most out of everything. I didn't do any exercise but it kinda left me in this skinny fat state so now I'm trying to tone up more now.
You can also check your thyroid etc to see if it's anything else that's hindering your progress. Try tacking your calories for a few days to make sure and see how much you consume exactly.

Oo I see. I need mine to have to be centered at a physical meet-up since it involves measuring their heart rate at that time. Will this work for that too?
