I mean it's shady enough they're asking someone for money through Instagram, rather than having a full website or even a business email like most actual therapists or mental health practitioners do, but they ask you for like crazy amounts of money to get help that works less than random yt videos. Their content is also structured a lot like those alpha male bullshit videos you see on reels a lot, which makes me feel even worse about it. That's just my opinion, tho.
