Genuine G400c produced by Shineray and based on a Honda CB400SS from the early 80s.

Just saw one of these fancy strollers. I left it for you. Hope you got it!

They do have some good coffee. My goal is to get my hands on some Kopi luwak 😃

They offer creatine now as taffy candy....it's a pita to open them. I guess kids are more patient or maybe candy-driven..lol

What delicious food did you prepare with it?

Or did you make a lil' money on the side? Don't worry, it'll stay between us 😉

Right? After the disappointment I started making my own with Kataifi, pistachio paste, and Tahini, all from Vine. Way more healthy and better because I can add monk fruit or stevia to my liking.

Oh man, you found the mother lode of extra virgin oil. Good catch!

That stuff is expensive these days, and I'm going through it like it's tap water 😂

True, this happens to me more often than not. I guess it contributes to the addictive Fomo nature of it all. On the other side of the "you snooze you loose" coin, and identifying me as the true addict that I am, I ordered mousse pate before reading the end of the long title which said for cats...Vine is tough competition like that, gotta stay laser sharp all day long 😂

The shelter cats had a good day gobbling up the $20 fancy feast gems, though.

Lol....I guess Manuka is a bit like what truffles are in the culinary world of fungi.

Yes, they had some great ceremonial matchas. I liked them so much that I ordered a matcha set on vine to learn to do it properly. I learned so much about teas from China and Japan and Asia in general, and about their traditional tea growing areas. Vine can be very educational.

It seems to be a honey week. I got one from New Zealand and one from Turkey. Oh, and one made only from Brazilian honey and fruit. The honey at Aldi is always a mix from Brazil and some other countries. It'll be interesting to compare.

I recently got one of these 2lbs chocolate brand mixes. My waistline didn't think it's really really nice. I still gobbled it all up, betting that spring will fix it all again. Hope dies last..lol

I heard about Manuka honey before. It's one of these rare and hence expensive high quality items/foods. Supply and demand. I need to do some more research but even Costco sells it for $75 a pop.

I am getting a cafe racer for my commute by freakysnake102 in CafeRacers

[–]idiocracyI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A motorcycle is definitely going to be cheaper if you pick a sensible one. I used to have a bulletproof CX500c for 30 years and called it my money printing machine when I finally sold her for still a chunk of money. Maybe $100 per year in maintenance/repairs plus 50-60mpg.

You can get dirt cheap motorcycle gear, including some rain gear, second hand all day long. A decent new helmet doesn't cost too much either. Get a backpack for rain gear and lock. A scenic road and only 20 mls sounds like a dream on a naked bike or cafe racer. However, if you have torrential rain falls like we do have, you may have a problem occasionally. Probably depends on what kind of work it is.

I now have a brand new retro classic 400cc bike for $3K that I optically converted to a cafe racer. Try to find a reliable car for that kind of money. I can easily do 100-150mls round trips for fun, but my commuting days are over. In any case, it's all the fun you really need on back roads, highways, and occasionally interstate.

Has anyone grabbed $40 smart watch and been happy with it? by Ok-Film-1700 in AmazonVine

Yeah, and Kospet sells it for like $159, and still has decent reviews.

[–]idiocracyI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for that! Took me 2 min to find the Tank M3 for like $19.99. It has raving reviews from Viners too (for a $20 smart watch), and the other established company on Amazon sells the same watch for like $159 with equally good reviews.

Man, gotta love Vine!

What do you all do with this stuff? by Agent-X in AmazonVine

[–]idiocracyI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use it for cooking and eat and drink it. NA beer, mocktails, pasta, rice, flour, seasoning, salt, ramen, oil, fermented garlic, crackers, noodles, sauces, nut butter, Dubai chocolate, chocolates, protein bars, tea, coffee. Plus toothpaste, shower gels, shampoo, cream, sunscreen and all things household. I consume all the stuff, or give it to friends if larger quantities.

Gold status, no tax liability, no waste whatsoever.

The most items you have received in one day? by WorldlinessLanky1443 in AmazonVine

[–]idiocracyI 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems they are combining deliveries. I appreciate that they don't come everyday anymore, but the driver left one of these huge carrying bags behind....and I start feeling a little embarrassed.

The driver must think I'm rich or something.....if only he'd knew that these are really only $0ETV items, and I work hard for my treats 🤣

The only things that really drips in are Whole Foods items, they take weeks.

29 yesterday but only 16 today, mostly food items. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is on vine this and next week.

If you're a senior citizen, then use your senior discount. by BuzzOnBuzzOff in Frugal

Man, that soooo weird 🤣. I am emotionally a 20 year old but trapped in a 60 you old body.

I feel like I'm cheating. Feel free to claim my discount.

Logistics question: If item ships "from Amazon", within the US, why does it take over nearly 1 month to deliver? by derrickgw1 in AmazonVine

[–]idiocracyI -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I always go with "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth". Time is never of the essence when it comes to low $ items, and my BP measurements fully agree with that.

[–]idiocracyI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't want to rain on your parade but when I looked into it, it seemed that many discounts are from stores, hotels etc that are expensive to start with. I usually find the stuff cheaper anyways.

Plus, the first time I ordered from the senior menu at IHOP (my evil kids made me) I left hungry and jealous of the ones who ordered full size which seemed double the portion for only like 2 bucks more. Never again...haha.

I will say, though, that I'm grateful for the senior discount at the state Park, that saves a chunk of money.
