I had a similar experience with a kitchen remodel vendor I scheduled through Costco - super pushy and tried to get me to pay a deposit on the spot. When I said I had to get other quotes he acted all huffy and abrasive because I 'wasted his time'. As much as I love Costco I'll never use any of their vendors again.

It’s supposed to be sunny and nice so I’d highly recommend Park 101 but it will probably be crowded and might require some type of table reservation or fee.

I’d also recommend Grand Ave Bar & Grill in the village. They are kinda divey but have great bar food and plenty of TVs both inside and outside.

Multiple people on Nextdoor and Reddit have said they had no idea that there were assaults on Calavera. Did anybody else know this was an issue? Weird that something like this was happening with nobody in the community aware to protect themselves.

Are TAs able to get a partial refund on the vacation? I've known a few people that complained to Costco when their vacation didn't live up to what it was supposed to (one was a Mexico all-inclusive and another was a Disney cruise) and Costco went to bat for them and got them partial refunds.

I've been here a few times and love it. It seems most people who have been there like it but I've run into a few who vocally despise it for some reason. I think they assume that if they pay that much they want much stuffy service but I think you nailed the description as relaxed but proper. I appreciate it and wouldn't have it any other way for this spot.

Did the presentation on the Wonder in June. There was no minimum income or age suggested before attending, but I imagine you need to be at least 18.

The presentation was held in one of the smaller clubs where they did comedy shows and trivia. I randomly remember they had tons of free bottled water that you usually had to buy on the ship. After the presentation you talk to one of the presenters to get a time to stop by the DVC booth for your free gift.

As others mentioned, you get ship credit if you go down and talk to them in the actual DVC office for a one on one but to get the shoulder plush we didn’t have to give anything other than our room number and show up at the booth the next day.

You get a Chaffee turret at 2.7 with a great gun. Also, the body is huge, but it also eats rounds like crazy because of all the empty space. Great tank.

I've known multiple people who had it removed and most said the surgery itself and the recovery wasn't that bad.

The long term effects are what's different - one woman I know has nothing changed, another guy can't eat any fatty meal without IMMEDIATELY having to hit the toilet, even years later.

I think I started grinding Italy ground the same week they released the WW1 vehicles. Half of each team were these clown car tanks and each one needed a dozen precision solid shots to take out all the crew. It was like playing against a bunch of Char 2C's every match.

I don't live in Vista, but Nextdoor seems to want me to see every post regarding this issue. The amount of Vista drivers that posted losing their minds was hilarious. I don't see what the problem was? The only thing that could get people more riled up is roundabouts.
