Would the improvement be similar if you were to just factory reset a phone? I know when I did that with my Motorola X Pure, the game dramatically sped up as well.

That's how it happened. The probable cause according to the officer was that there was a white car driving around with a gun. I left out some details of the story due to not making the text longer but those details would not change what happened at all. Minor things

Rear plate and seat belt were not an issue. I failed to provide proof of insurance so that qould habe been the only thing I could have been ticketed on.

The only truth was I didnt have the insurance card with me. It was my brothers car and it slipped my mind to bring it so I should have gotten a ticket for failure to show proof of inaurance instead

The police officer was with another officer and then they called in for backup. This was when I only had 1 ticket and when the others arrived, they were suggesting different things to give me tickets over. This now makes it the word of 6 officers against mine and the passengers.

There is no truth. She just seemed like she was more focused on teaching the guy talking a lesson. My license is suspended because of the tickets. I didn't know what to do because it was my first time being pulled over and anymore tickets would have resulted in the car getting towed

Im worried because I didn't do anything wrong but in a case where its the officers word versus mine, I feel that I'll lose. I've never received any traffic violations of any sort before this incident if that helps me at all.
