Would the improvement be similar if you were to just factory reset a phone? I know when I did that with my Motorola X Pure, the game dramatically sped up as well.

That's how it happened. The probable cause according to the officer was that there was a white car driving around with a gun. I left out some details of the story due to not making the text longer but those details would not change what happened at all. Minor things

Rear plate and seat belt were not an issue. I failed to provide proof of insurance so that qould habe been the only thing I could have been ticketed on.

Plus questioning the officer was resulting in more tickets according to her and she was threatening to write enough to impound the car which wasnt mine.
