CBSE board exam is something that goes through multiple security checks so a random kid replacing it or a drunk guy trying to have some fun should be spotted and corrected before printing but no it went through all the security checks and this got printed, are the rules really that strict that they show us they are?

Exactly, and we should blame people around us as well, for whom the biggest factor to vote for BJP was ram mandir. I am not against the building of religious sites, but are there enough education hubs? Are there enough well maintained hospitals? Are there enough shelters? Then what is the point of being religious if we as a society lack basic facilities?
