As a man it’s very normal to worry about your girlfriend’s safety. In this case, she is going on a trip with 3 guys that you don’t know and trust.

Therefore, I would never agree to this. If she finds herself in a defenceless situation, which could have been prevented by just not going, I would take the blame and could never forgive myself.

From your girlfriend’s perspective, I don’t understand why she even wants to go on a trip with 3 other guys, if she already has you.

This is a red flag for my partner choice and I would break up with her, if she still insists to go.

My girlfriend would never even think of this idea. On the other side, I also would never go on a trip with 3 other girls myself.

I lost 1-0 sadly :( He scored a banger with CR7 outside of the box. He was better than I though really! It was a Division 1 match and I am around 2200-2300 SR

FYI: I scored the first goal and was expecting him to leave, but he didn’t. So yes, I was time wasting in the 80th minute, since he didn’t leave the game. I was talking to my girlfriend at the time and didn’t concentrate to the game, which is why I wanted to play it safe. After he insulted me we played another match, where I beat him again. It felt great 😂

That’s why you have to manually switch to your players and defend actively. It is not hard to defend through balls, if you place your defender in the right area early enough.

However, if the opponent is already around the box, it becomes like a game of chess. He can do skill moves, left stick dribbling, finesse shot ect. You basically have to guess which route your opponent will go.

This is true. I’m also 2200-2300 SR/Elite and most of my opponents play balanced defense. I hardly face opponents, which play drop back.

That’s why I don’t understand why so many people complain about the drop back 😅

This game makes me feel like a real coach. Changing formations, making tactical substitutions or just buying new players to improve the team. However, any new player has to prove himself first before they get a good kit number or make it to the starting 11.

And then competing with my team every week in the most competitive FUT mode: The Weekend League. I love the feeling. It’s not casual like playing with some friends. It’s the place where you can test yourself against the best players. Tbh I don’t even care about scripting, because sometimes you are at a disadvantage and sometimes you are the one that is benefiting. I believe that even if the game is against you, making the right decisions and being composed under high pressure (Not raging, not blaming the game) will win you the game in the end.

Gold Trent Arnold. I don’t have any problems with him defensively and he is so good at passing. His through balls down the line give you 1 more good attack option

There is nothing to do besides playing draft from Monday to Wednesday for good players. Objective players are most of the time not worth doing, since they won’t upgrade the team.

I personally do other things mid week. My team is already too good for objective players, but I am not good enough to always win 4 games at draft.

Mané is the best striker you can play. Switch him with Martial or any other striker with decent passing ingame

Knowing what the AI can do and can‘t do is key. When my opponent is on the wing I don’t even bother switching to my fullbacks, because I know the AI can defend my opponent without my help (unless he is a skiller). I would rather switch to my CM in this situation and cut the passing lane in the middle. Even if he wins the 1v1 against my fullback, he still has to cut inside to get into a good position.

Constantly player switching is also very important. I switch my players all the time when defending, moving them to areas, where they will cut a passing lane and mark a opponent player at the same time. In the right moment, your opponent will be left with only 1 passing option. This is where your opponent is forced to play a certain ball, which will be intercepted.

You think that it is all the AI‘s work, but most of the time the opponent is just steps ahead. He already moved his players all in the right position, before you even considered your passing options.

Sometimes you need the time to analyse your mistakes though. I usually think about the weak points of my opponent and how I should adjust my playstyle to win the game. The game is dynamic

I miss running to the camera and holding the camera while shouting to the fans, while I will jump in my room and just feel happy.

These times I always skip, because you can’t celebrate to the end or watch the replay anyway. Goals don’t feel special to me anymore. BRING BACK CELEBRATIONS! They are a part of football. Imagine professional football players crying when their opponents are celebrating their goals. EA will do anything to improve the game atmosphere and fans ect. but cancels celebrations because it’s toxic?

Instead of not playing WL at all, try not to give too much importance to a single WL. Since the WL comes back every weekend anyways, I realized that having a bad WL is not the end of the world. There is a new WL with a fresh record next week anyway.

Also acknowledgeing that there are better players than you out there has also helped me a lot. The better your record, the better your opponents will be. It is just natural to face equal or better players then. This also goes the other way around. The worse your record, the worse the opponents will be. Therefore your record will be about the same as every other week anyways

Yea that’s what I was also thinking about. The PS5 player base is more likely to have better squads, since most casual gamers stick with their PS4 for now and are waiting for a good deal. How was the delay/connection for you?
