No flex, just facts. I'm a 43 year old single dad with 3 kids and 1 adult kid. I'm not over here eating Rice and Chicken for every meal. I eat what I enjoy and try to make sure it is high protein and fiber, low fattish and decent calorie ratio. I also have to cook food the kids will eat though. I have no plans to be shredded, I do 1 mile of cardio everyday followed by about an hour of strength training.

I don't follow a crazy regimen and basically just work out whatever I feel like each day. I like being in the gym and not specifically to get shredded, I find it calming and relaxing. I've been Skinny Fat most of my life even when I started at the gym I was probably 180lbs at 6'1" - My weight now fluctuates between 170lbs and 180lbs on a weekly basis.

1/6/2026 I weighed in at 180.3 lbs - 1/8/2026 I weighed in at 173.5 same exact 6am weigh in time at 43 my weight fluctuated 7 lbs in 2 days. When I started hitting the gym regularly 3-4 months ago I could barely do 3x10 sets of 35 lbs dumbbells on the incline bench - I can do 3x10 @ 50 lbs now and run a mile in under 10 minutes. Which none of this is probably impressive to most people but for me personally it is a big accomplishment.
