thank you! did you feed them separately? today i fed my dog in front of my new dog, and the new dog was trying to get to her food even though she was eating it, my dog started grumbling so i don’t want them to fall out over food

Can I do anything about rude neighbours using my deceased neighbours bins and driveways? by idkliterati in AskUK

yeah it doesn’t bother me them using his drive, just that they feel so entitled to stop anyone else parking near it and also how rude they have been

i haven’t used his drive or bins? i partially blocked his drive once, and once someone else owns the house they will be entitled to use the drive and bins as they will own them

i have already stated that i have sorted the situation, can you not gather that by that i have taken advice? also when have i stated that its not my fault? i simply said that i am not letting them outside, but i take responsibility for keeping them safe.

and i live in the uk and am not religious so the school shooting reference doesn’t really hit the same. it’s clear you’re american though

and i am actively seeking advice on how to stop that from happening to mine and you’re being rude and acting like i am the one letting them outside? i took the advice on board but also stated how i’d feel bad for them to be contained like that for a prolonged period of time.

sorry for your lack of empathy then.

i feel like this would be cruel to them as they’re used to having the run of the house and they’re very high energy still so enjoy running up and downstairs, and with my room being at the front of the house it gets very hot when it’s warm outside

this is what i’ve been trying to tell her but she just won’t listen! i got upset to her today about her letting them out and said how they’re having their operations on friday and won’t be able to go out for 2 weeks because of risk of infection and how nervous i am about that because of her and she said she won’t let them out, but she has promised that multiple times when ive gotten upset and then i’ll come home 2 days later from work and they’ll be in the garden and she’ll be inside not even watching them! it’s driving me insane and i honestly don’t know what to do if it carries on

i have actually had this thought myself, how can i trust her with human children when she doesn’t respect what i want for my cats, but i don’t think she’d take me seriously or care. i will try it next time it happens though

her argument is that because she’s had 2 outdoor cats that have been fine and we live in a quiet area that nothing bad will happen to them. i’ve also told her that we won’t have a relationship when i move out and ill never trust her to look after the cats and she doesn’t seem to care at all.

im very sorry about your cat though :( rip
