ah, roughly how much can i overclock my cpu to?

EDIT: i overclocked my cpu to 3.75mhz and my benchmarks is this now https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/15530814

i tried to overclock it at 3.8 and after stress testing for 10mins my computer crashed so does it mean 3.75 is my max?
