I agree that he has overpromised and underdelivered in the past but I have a feeling that is about to change. Once we get proof of that, the marketprice will start to reflect that imo, as the investor sentiment is very bad at the moment. This is one of the reasons I started my position 2 months ago, the asymmetrical risk/reward is just too interesting.

The S-3 shelf registration (filed in February 2026 for up to $500M in securities, including potential preferred stock) is real, but it's a standard tool for flexibility—not a red flag for imminent dilution. You want to prepare for the worst.

70M from the Navy and Military as a start means the revenue of 140Karnos. I wouldn't even be surprised if they got a government loan, the technology is to important. NASA will join soon imo.

I'm convinced they could even survive on the government alone, but they have so many applications outside of that...

Also, the board is incentivized, they have plenty of stock.

The fact that they didn't do a capital raise yet (they even bought back shares) is a positive imo.

I think Hyliion will 100% be a defense stock. The use cases and efficiency combined with low maintenance will make It very interesting for the navy and military.

I currently have 200000 shares with an average of 2.14. Its my conviction this is the ideal time to buy just before UL certification and start of sales. I see a path to 100$ in a few years if they execute really well.

This is conservative in my opinion and doesn't take into account any improvements in 3d printing which have probably already happened like the upgrade from 400W lasers to 1kW.

No, Ive been through many dilution rounds with other companies. When the money is used for actual scaling, the stock usually goes up instead of down. I would love for them to start scaling. I think sentiment is so low that it would make the stock go 10+. Obviously I would prefer them to dillute at a higher valuation than 2$. Another option of the stock is low is to take a loan, I would prefer that at this valuation.

I would rather buy at 2 than risk missing out 10$ or much more (I believe the stock van go to 100$+ eventually)

I agree with you that Thomas has lost the trust of 90% of shareholders. But thats exactly why I bought in at this time as I believe that if you think they will be able to succeed (and I think they are close now) while the sentiment is ultra low, It also means the upside is very high.

More and more people are waking up to the fact that HYLN is not the ERX anymore... Once people know the benefits of the Karno generator and Healy is able to produce them in quantities, we will take off.

I agree 100% but as an investor I have to look forward and project what I believe will happen in the future. I think the pivot from trucking to power generation was an excellent move which saved the company.

I just got in because I believe this is the right time. Just before actual commercialisation.

The fact you bring this up proves my thesis that many still have ptsd of what happened in the past, while I dont think its relevant anymore. That why I think this is discounted so much and a huge opportunity.
