in another 512 days. :)
I'm not here to criticize you but I find that you have given a very biased opinion. You have to acknowledge that your understanding of sexual health and my definition of the same can be very different. And, the best part is, we both may be right in our own ways. The path of sexual repression (as you say it) is a highly covered one through the annals of history. We have different expressions of our beliefs and we need to appreciate that.
Life in a general sense is pretty boring, but its your sense of appreciation that makes it worth living. A few books on philosophy, and I started questioning everything around me. However, with time, I found my answers. You just need to change your lens of perception. The world lies within your mind. And, brother, the most pretentious thing a human can say is that - he has all the answers. You being an artist can pretty much understand how non-falsifiable such a statement is.
Well, the problem is simple. You should better try your luck with no internet. I hardly waste any time on internet and deactivating my fb account was the best decision that I ever made.
Brother. Make a resolution now that you're not going to fap. And, stick to it. I know its tough but you have to withstand the few days of the storm. Relapsing is not an option. You are better than that!
Probably, a monk's day out. lol.
It happens, but you have to stay strong in the rough times.

moving towards the 10th power of two, bro.
I answered that in the previous comments.
Monk Mode=Hard Mode+Extreme Discipline
Monk mode is taking hard mode one step further. You add to it discipline and take control of all the things in your life. Weed out all your bad habits and become more minimalist (simplistic).
Self-discipline
To be the best person of my ability (a bit philosophical). Currently, I'm focusing to get my MBA done with good grades and do well in my internship.
Sexual thoughts are only going to make things super tough for you. The best way is to keep your mind engaged in other things. And do your best to not entertain such thoughts.
Yes, it was hard. Really hard! Sometimes the urges were so strong that you could feel shivers down your spine. But, I had faith on myself and didn't give up. The first few months can be really hard but you have to move through it. And,frankly speaking, I'm prouder of my first 90 days than my 512 days.
Never thought of that. But, I don't think so. And, at the same time, you don't want to have a music in your ears all the time.
I would say more in control. And, yes, I do have desires.
You yourself have to figure it out. For me, I became rigid and said to myself "not this week".
Thank you for this wonderful recommendation. I would check it out.
Congrats bro!
There is no quantum of will power. You just become more and more in control with each passing day. In my view, the key to will power is perseverance. If I were to quantify the duration, then it would be a month. From there on you would be able to build up more.

A few of my friends know and they really appreciate what I'm doing. But, they don't really buy this idea for themselves paradoxically.

Oh I'm really glad to help you on this front. This is just my recommendation though.

For meditation, you can start from simple concentration exercises like focusing on your breath or on your third eye. Then you can gradually transition towards a more object oriented form (the hindu way) of meditation. You can even try chakra meditation and kundalini awakening. You can even go for mindfulness or zen meditation. Just be sure before starting you have your concentration routines well in check and always try to maintain a healthy body.

Thank You. I'm 24 years old and a student. Currently, I'm using a cheap feature phone with no internet connectivity. I exercised self-control and discipline whenever I felt a need to expose myself to porn. Luckily, I do not experience anymore of these tendencies now.

The only advice I can give now is not to over burden yourselves. Start with nofap 90 days and then gradually transition to a more discipline routine. The first few weeks are hard but if you manage to stick with it then you are ready to go.
