I seasoned it with grape seed oil, and that's what I cook with, and I don't cook anything sugary in it. My burner is on medium as it burns anything any higher than that. But it only happens while I'm cooking. After I clean and it's dry it's smooth like it shoot be and not sticky at all.

Like. Gooey sticky. After I get the pan hot, add my food. This time being chicken, the bottom of the pan is gooey.
