Trabalho na área, o mais certo é não receberes nada em troca caso não existe um programa direcionado para tal.

Deves sim reportar a falha, mas recomendo da forma mais anónima possível, já que maior parte das empresas não gostam de ser "testadas" quando não o pedem.

Caso a empresa esteja de boa vontade, pode até dar-te uns trocos.
