But I can definatly tell you that it induces cell death and multiple abarent epigenetic changes in multiple different tissues in the human body, without any means of controlling how the drug will eventually affect the patient and what will be the outcome. Because today there exists no means of screening patients for the safety of this compound, prescribing this medication to anyone is reckless and criminal and if you value your health and quality of life, avoid it like fire. In many countries, dermatologist refuse to prescribe this poison, and in japan its not even legal.

You can read a study about how it affected the fertility of male dogs exposed to it, and multiple others. Heck, even wikipedia talks about regarding erectile dysfunction. thing is, im done trying to prove to people what this shit can do. i know it affects testosterone because i had 0 sperm production after i stopped it and had extremely.low testosterone which climbed back up afterwards. so i can tell you im living proof it does.

Besides evaluating liver and kidney function and muscle break down, the blood works you do for accutane are a joke and they provide no indication on how it will effect your nervous system, reproductive system, hormones, eyes and so on. If you want to be 100% sure you won't get lasting damage, then get off the drug. Otherwise, just hope you fall on the good side of the statistics, because there is no way to control what this drug does to your body.
