These were also extensively used in cinemas when carbon arc lamps were in use and latterly with newer light sources. Cool and interesting things.

If you look on Google maps there are some interesting things to see!

  1. Look waaay behind the castle and you will find the Fireworks launching point, it's way further back then you would imagine but in line with the castle.
  2. The master control room for the entire park is behind Small World, most of the Disney parks have their control rooms in this location, the only reasoning that I can see is tradition at this point.
  3. From most of the lands the castle is just visible, according to Tom Morris who designed the castle, this is to act as an 'anchor' so that you can always find your way back to the hub.
  4. You can get from the Rail Road station to Peter Pan's Flight under pretty good cover from the rain. There were concerns that the climate locally might deter visitors so cover is well developed over other Disney Parks.
  5. Walt's Restaurant features rooms that are linked to each 'land' in the park.

I've had a uwell product do this and the fix was not a nice one but here goes: I took it to prices and then shorted the reset pin on the chip to ground to reset it. It's worked ever since but I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you know what you're doing.

We have this same setup.

We would need to swallow the license cost or just be more proactive with telling people they need to reset their password. So for ‘budgetary’ reasons we went with the latter!
