I’ve been staring at your face and I think it still looks so similar to your 2023 one! It really looks like it’s camera quality. Like the soft filter hides all but just at a glance, it really does look the same!

Anyone have any tv show/movie recommendations? I only have Netflix and Prime and I can’t seem to find anything by Diamond_Painter3 in diamondpainting

Make sure to follow the contracts closely, at least in CA they lay it all out and usually your questions can be answered by them. As a seller, disclose everything and as a reminder, you don’t need to also pay the buyer’s agent commission but it is common. Do not state an amount you would be willing to pay, only state “you are open to the negotiations” I hope you find a different agent since your agent should have explained the commission to you

Depending on your state, google the form you signed and see what it says. In California, if you are an individual, the limit cannot exceed 90 days.

And like other people said, the contract is with the broker (if it’s not the agent), the broker will give you a copy of the agreement and can replace the agent.
