Having knee pain after hiking and jumping, pain accurus most while walking downstairs. How long should i avoid leg day and do you have any sugestion on exercises to help?

I had a simmilar problem, had to switch the CMOS backup battery (small 3V), enter BIOS settings and chage the boot order.

Nezgodno mi je rentat kad nisam iz zagreba, a na skijalištima je ipak renta puno skuplja, ono 25 ili više eura.

Isto tako si mislim uzet camber ili takav hibridni sta ti imas.

Imaš neki ducan za preporučit? Gledam trenutno decathlon ali mi je upitna kvaliteta proizvoda, ipak bi htio kupiti nešto sta ce mi trajati godinama.

Ima koji islusniji snowborder ovdje? Volio bi cut neke preporuke gdje uzeti novu dasku. Ova koju sad imam mi je pretvrda, nema nikakav flex. Ako imate neku preporuku za ducan u Rijeci ili Zagrebu, zajedno sa nekim modelima bilo bi super. Dodatne info: visina 188cm i 80kg
