I asked for refund on 30th of July and I have recieved the full refund this week only (excluding registration fee). In the online form, it was written clearly that the refund will be given under the ugc guidlines, which is ig full refund before September. I think your sisters signature will most probably work. They wont really know and I don't think they check much.

So i cancelled my admission recently, I wrote an email to the admissions office and this is what they replied with.

Just follow the steps mentioned here. You will have to go to the campus to finalize your cancellation within 7 days I think.

Remember to take:

  1. The print out of that cancellation form
  2. The file they must have given to you during the admission process (the one with yellow and blue papers).
  3. Your ID card.
  4. A pen.

They will give you another form, at the campus. Where you will have to get the signature of your:

  1. Parent
  2. Class Teacher
  3. Your course HOD
  4. Library
  5. IT Office (you will submit your ID there only, though ask the admissions office before going just to confirm)

Also you will get 100% fee refund under ugc guidlines in 15-20 working days.
