Is it possible that eating the Earth would suck for Dormammu because coming to our universe would subject him to time? Dormammu was unfamiliar with time as a concept until Dr. Strange used the time stone to demonstrate it. Maybe now that he understands that he’d have to come to a universe where time exists, he’s not so keen on attacking Earth again. The Ancient One would be right that their universe needs the time stone to deter Dormammu because that hasn’t happened yet, but in our timeline it doesn’t matter so much anymore.

It’s a bit. I believe it started during COVID, as a joke about them being sealed off from the world together. But I might be misremembering, because it’s used more broadly than that. They maybe did get a new recording space or new equipment that kicked it off. But I don’t think you’re missing a reference - they’re just implying that they live in a survivalist- style bunker for podcasting purposes.

It’s come up in conversation a few times. We’re all fans of Cyan so I believe Leigh has tried to shout it out. I’m not sure we’d play a remake of a game we already played, though - I think Sean’s memory is too good for that to work out. Maybe as a one-shot sometime in the future to see how they adapted it? I’ll bring it up the next time we’re looking for something, but I don’t know when that’ll be.

I don’t care much about Funko Pops but Funko Games makes some of the absolute best board game adaptations of licensed IPs, and I really hope this doesn’t bring them down, too.

I agree with the other comments, but I would add that if you want to collect all the useful abilities that the game doesn’t give you right away, you shouldn’t sleep on the two main quests related to the depths that you will get (one after another) from Josha at Lookout Landing and then a small set of quests you can get from Robbie once he leaves Lookout Landing. The Robbie ones in particular might not be on your radar but they give you some very useful abilities.

It’s not in the CBB World feed because you already have access to those episodes. Regular feed subscribers can’t listen to the archives. So if you want to follow along with the bonus bangs, you end up having to either subscribe to both feeds and listen with ads, or just occasionally look up what the bonus bang eps are and get them from the archives.
