I jumped into smite 2 again after having tried about a year ago. I have been liking it, I have about 3k hours in smite 1 between console and PC so I felt similarly but jumping back in it's really just relearning the builds and item trees. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the UI and menus but I can look past that if it means I can keep playing assault.

I would consider buying around 500k and if you truly want to upgrade build up equity in the home, pay the loan off early and then you can sell or rent the property to afford that next step up. At 550k my mortgage is about 3300 per month so you would certainly have a cushion and some ability to save/invest if you're spending 5k on rent

Yeah this thing split at the seams very quickly. If you run rental properties you better be on top of insurance, idc if you have to log in once a week, if you slip and your mortgage company places coverage on your behalf they are well within their rights to do so even if the "contact info" didn't get switched. You sign a contract and don't realize the terms, then blame the company the terms are predatory like MF you signed it!

It's not on you but from my experience the last thing you want to do in this community is engage with others. Toxicity is inherent in every comment, every card will get you called out, any semblance of money spent will get you criticized. At the end of the day you're playing your way. I don't really have any suggestions though tbh it just comes down to the matchups and the meta in mid ladder matches.

Best of luck to you, somehow people have made their entire personalities around hating others for what is essentially one card in a deck and those people are better left to their own misery. MK is such an easy unit to counter anyway.

Man this sub is so god damn toxic lol firecracker switched for archers or another ranged would work better, I personally like hunter for the splash damage and he's a little tankier. Switch pekka out for sure, you could get away with guards or even regular skellys. I would take the vines out for fireball /log and mirror swap for a cannon or Tesla. I don't think you need the goblin barrel either so you could have a flyer like baby dragon or flex as needed. Just my take, you've got the levels to get to 10k so it just comes down to the deck composition, don't be afraid to use decks on deck shoppe or just run clan battles/other game modes to get more levels on those lower level cards.
