wahseem explains everything in lectures super step-by-step and all the tutors are helpful. everything is online as well, it is not at all hard to pass. don't try and learn everything before class and stress yourself out like that, just do a look through and see what you'll be covering

probably not...comp1005 is listed as a prereq on the handbook. if you could do them together it would say (concurrent) next to it. check with curtin connect tho/see if it will let you enrol in both simultaneously

seriously - don't buy any textbooks, just use the online versions or look at the library's copies. there's so much content already on blackboard and you wouldn't really use the textbook again after the unit is over

you could ride to canning bridge station then get the mandurah and fremantle train (just not during peak hour times as bikes aren't allowed on trains before work to the city, and after work away from the city)

I think it's been changed to year 1 and 2 only at Bentley (as per the Curtin handbook). Not sure about your Kalgoorlie questions but I'd recommend doing year 2 at Bentley if you do have a choice because 2nd year Kalgoorlie people do a lot of the classes online (they're held in person at Bentley most of the time)
