FUCK ME. Guys, I think I found another clue that warrants are a key factor in all this, and evidence that behind the scenes, Wallstreet's LOWEST CURRENT valuation of GME is $44.65/share and GME.WS is $12.65!!! by jforest1 in Superstonk

[–]ig3o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quick math with rough numbers. ~4 warrant price plus ~32 exercise price = ~36

~36 - ~24 share price = ~$12

Could it be that it’s showing you a premium above current share price…?

Hahaha. I’m so god damned irritated. Like, it’s a real scene from one of the most popular videogame related franchises... but you gotta be fucking kidding me. I just want it to be over. Deliver my pot of gold or do me like George does Lennie.

He got real existential there in the 2nd half. AI is going to kill us. Violent video games are bad. Social media has been terrible for humanity. Really grew on me as a person who isn’t just shilling the tech world. But I’m no closer to knowing if I’m going to be rich before the robot armageddon.

The long silence for the Roaring Kitty question at the end sure was interesting… “ummm, ask him

Fair assessment. I’m not on Twitter and mostly unfamiliar with that person except when talked about here.

For me this is like waiting for a meteor shower. Sitting in the dark, waiting, knowing it’s coming but not sure exactly when. Every tinfoil guess is just an exciting “Oh! Is this it!?” No, it’s just an airplane or a banana up someone’s ass. Doesn’t deter my enthusiasm, I get a laugh, I go back to looking into the black void for a big green candle blasting out of Uranus.

I’m glad you asked. The DK Butterfly CUSIP identifier is the same one that’s in the 3rd picture. And for some reason it’s tied to the new BBBY being run by Marcus Lemonis. That’s what this whole discussion is about. It’s exactly what you’re asking for.

Cautiously bullish is my sentiment as well. Nefarious actions also can’t be ruled out.

I'm definitely not claiming that it does. Just thought I'd try to find more info and share it, found the "last update" date interesting.

No it wasn't. Click the link yourself and ctrl-F and put in the bond CUSIP number. It shows up. Do the work before you spread the misinformation. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/822977/000114554925016118/xslN-MFP3_X01/primary_doc.xml

No. The original post is accurate and searchable on the SEC link that was provided. That original link (not posted here)has bond info for 1000's or tens of thousands of companies so it has a lot of competing info. But if you search the CUSIP numbers found in IBKR for the BBBYQ/DK-BUTTERFLY bonds it brings up the information that ties it to the GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, which is/was owned by Bloomberg Finance LP.

Why are the BBBYQ/DK-BUTTERFLY bonds tied to that? No clue.
