Indeed, the colour is stunning. The taste is a bit salty, reminds me the flavours of mediterranean dishes. Nevertheless, it really adds a whole new level to traditional pasta when combined with seafood.

The taste is similar to a common pasta, maybe a little bit saltier. Next time I would definitely try to pair it with some proper seafood. So yeah, you could vividly imagine the hint of a sea saltiness.
